Books Available at Costco (at least in MN)

I was just shopping at the St Louis Park Costco yesterday and found two large stacks of Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day mixed in with the cookbooks. I thought I’d let you know because they are selling it for an excellent price! I’m not sure if it is available nationally, yet?

It is also available at a few independent book stores locally: Common Good Books, Cooks of Crocus Hill, Kitchen Window and  Magers and Quinn.

  1. Looked for your book at Costco in Brandon, FL (Tampa Bay) but did not see it. Did purchase it at Books-A-Million, though.
Have baked two loaves so far. They tasted great and the recipe worked perfectly!

  2. A friend wrote about her experience with your book and her bread making on her blog. She had beautiful pictures to accompany her story. I was so inspired, I ran out that day to purchase the book and have had excellent results with the Epi and Semolina recipes. Thank you! My husband is now spoiled and doesn’t want me to buy any store bought bread.

  3. I made dough last night and forgot about it and left it out on the counter for 12-14 hours. It looked the same as it always does, but I am wondering if I need to toss it.

  4. When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify
me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails
with the exact same comment. There has to be a way
you can remove me from that service? Thank you!

    • Hi, that is a setting you control on your end, I don’t think we can change your settings, but I will look into it.

      Thanks, Zoë
